STUDIO AND WORKSHOP TERMS OF SERVICE Valid from: 15.12.2025 These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all persons (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") who book the Peegel Stuudio OÜ photo studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Studio") or register for a Studio workshop. By making a booking or registration and completing the payment, the Client confirms that they have read and fully agree to these Terms. 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. The Studio is a self-service photo studio where the Client is independently responsible for the correct use of equipment and inventory. The Studio does not provide photographer services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 1.2. A workshop is a creative event held in the Studio and led by an instructor. Necessary materials and tools are included in the workshop price, unless stated otherwise. 1.3. Use of the Studio and participation in a workshop is permitted only during the time period specified in the booking or registration. 2. BOOKING, REGISTRATION, AND PAYMENT 2.1. Use of the Studio and participation in a workshop is based on a prior booking or registration. 2.2. A booking or registration is considered confirmed after the full payment has been received. 2.3. All prices are listed in euros and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT). 2.4. Some workshops are designed for families: one spot is valid for two participants (e.g., one adult and one child, or a grandchild with a grandparent). Specific information is provided for each workshop. 2.5. The Studio reserves the right to change prices and the content of services without prior notice. Changes will not affect already confirmed bookings or registrations. 3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING 3.1. A booking time can be changed via self-service up to 36 hours before the scheduled time by using the link in the confirmation email. To change a workshop registration time, please contact the Studio via email (team@myreflection.eu). 3.2. To cancel, please contact the Studio by email (team@myreflection.eu) at least 36 hours before the booked time or the start of the workshop. In the event of a timely cancellation, the Studio will refund the paid amount — generally as credit, which is valid for 6 months, can be used to pay for all Studio services (bookings and workshops), and can be used in parts. 3.3. In the event of late cancellation (less than 36 hours before) or a no-show, the Studio has no obligation to offer a new time, compensation, or refund. 3.4. The Studio reserves the right to postpone or cancel a workshop (e.g., due to an insufficient number of participants). In this case, the Participant can choose a new time or receive credit in the amount of the sum paid. 3.5. If the booking was paid for with a gift card or discount code that has since expired, compensation will be agreed upon separately. Rescheduling remains possible. 4. USE OF THE STUDIO AND PARTICIPATION IN WORKSHOPS 4.1. The Client undertakes to use the Studio and its inventory with due care and in accordance with instructions. During a workshop, the Participant must follow the instructor's instructions and use materials and tools safely. 4.2. The number of persons present in the Studio must not exceed the maximum number permitted in the booking or registration. 4.3. The following are prohibited in the Studio: - smoking (including e-cigarettes); - use of narcotic substances; - use of open flames (except as part of an activity supervised by an instructor); - moving inventory or equipment without permission; - use of confetti, glitter, paint, liquids, or other materials that are difficult to clean without prior agreement. 4.4. Consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation, at one's own risk, and only for adults (18+). Some adult workshops may include alcohol (e.g., wine). The Client is responsible for maintaining order and for any damage or stains caused by alcohol. 5. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES 5.1. The Client is responsible for their own actions and the actions of any accompanying persons and animals during the entire time spent in the Studio. Participation in a workshop is at the Participant's own risk. 5.2. A child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, unless stated otherwise in the booking or workshop description. 5.3. The Client is liable for any damage caused to the Studio's inventory, equipment, or premises and undertakes to compensate for such damages in full. 5.4. The Studio is not liable for accidents, injuries, or the loss of or damage to personal belongings. 5.5. The Studio is not responsible for the quality of the photographs, which depends on the Client's choices (lighting, poses, use of equipment). 5.6. In the event that excessive trash is left behind or the room is not tidied, the Studio has the right to apply a cleaning fee of €25. 6. PHOTOS AND COPYRIGHTS 6.1. All photographs taken by the Client in the Studio belong to the Client. The Studio has the right to use them for marketing purposes only with the Client's prior written consent. 6.2. The Studio may take photos and videos during workshops for marketing purposes, but will ask each Participant for consent beforehand. Participants who do not give consent will not be photographed or filmed. 7. LATENESS 7.1. In the event of lateness, the booked time or workshop duration will not be extended, and the unused time will not be compensated. 8. PRIVACY AND SURVEILLANCE 8.1. Security cameras may be installed in the Studio for the purpose of property protection. 8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Studio's Privacy Policy. 9. FORCE MAJEURE 9.1. The Studio is not liable for failure to provide services if such failure is due to force majeure (e.g., power outage, fire, illness of the instructor). In such a case, the Client will be offered a new time slot or a credit code for the value of the amount paid. 10. GIFT CARDS 10.1. Gift cards can be purchased on the Studio's website either as a specific photo package or as a monetary value (€10–300). 10.2. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 10.3. The gift card is valid for Studio photo packages only. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for workshops. 10.4. A photo package gift card is redeemed at once for the specified package. A value-based gift card can be used in parts — the unused balance remains on the card until the end of its validity period. 10.5. If the booking price exceeds the value of the gift card, the Client pays the difference. 10.6. The gift card and its unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. 10.7. The Studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the gift card — keep the gift card code secure. 11. FINAL PROVISIONS 11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in the Harju County Court.
