House Rules

MyReflection is a self-service studio. There is no guard or cleaner on site – we trust the space to you. Please respect these rules to ensure a great experience for everyone:

Clean Floors

Please remove outdoor shoes immediately upon entry. Inside the studio area, wear socks or clean indoor shoes only. NB! High heels and black soles can damage the paper backdrop – please ensure they are clean.

Times and punctuality

Your exact times — when you may arrive, by when to start shooting, and when to leave the studio — are in your booking confirmation email. Please follow them so you get the most out of your session and the next guest can start on time.

Order and Cleanliness

Feel free to move furniture for the best shot, but please return it to its original place. Take any trash with you or use the bin. Confetti, glitter, and liquids are strictly prohibited. Excessive trash or an uncleaned space incurs a €25 cleaning fee.

Pets

Allowed only by prior agreement. The owner is 100% responsible for cleanliness – please ensure no hair or paw prints are left behind. Damages or stains will incur a fee.

Security and Departure

Smoking and open fire are prohibited. When leaving, ensure the door is locked and RETURN THE KEY TO THE LOCKBOX (scramble the numbers).

Equipment

Please handle equipment with care. If something is not working, call us. Do not re-wire cables yourself.
